Homemade pizza is a staple in our home! We want to make it a Friday night tradition, but we’re not that organized yet. Our favourite toppings for this pizza dough are spinach, red pepper, pepperoni, & cheese.
Here’s my super simple dough recipe:
Bread Machine Pizza Dough – 2 pizza crusts
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 4 cups white flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
Combine all ingredients in your bread-maker and set on dough setting. This recipe yields 2 thin pizza crusts, or 1 thick crust with an extra bit for garlic fingers 😉
Once dough is rolled out, add desired toppings and bake at 425F for 15-20 mins, checking to make sure cheese is browned.
Recipe can be doubled if needed.
